Hi!  My name is Lexi, and I design and create each and every piece from my home in Colorado Springs
using high quality products and upcycled materials. Please review my policies, as all patrons are
committed to comply when making a purchase. All necessary information can be found on
this page as well as in the listing themselves. If your question is not answered here, please send

Shipping Information

I am currently on a two week processing time!  If you need your order sooner, please message me so
I can get you moved up to the front of the line.  I do have a crystal shop and attend craft fairs on the 
weekends, so I appreciate your patience as I make your beautiful jewelry!

I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your item becomes lost in the mail, I will
do everything in my power to help you track it down. Unfortunately, I cannot give refunds
for lost parcels. If you need insurance on your jewelry, please message me to add it to your
order, or choose Priority Mail at checkout for insurance up to $100.

Shipments are able to be sent all over the world. Please know and understand your country’s
policies and customs fees before purchasing, as I cannot be responsible for any additional
fees you may incur.

Where do the butterflies come from?
All of my butterflies are raised in farms or conservatories where they are allowed to live their full lives in
peace, away from natural predators, and are collected after they pass.  Because these insects only live
a few short days or weeks, this jewelry is a unique way to preserve their beauty for many years to come!
Your butterfly jewelry will come with a description of the butterfly it contains explaining where it came from
and how it died naturally.  The card also has a brief description of the symbolism of butterflies.

Is Your Jewelry Hypoallergenic?
All of my jewelry is lead free and nickel free.  I cannot guarantee that my jewelry will not make you break out,
as everyone’s body is different.  If you have very sensitive skin, please message me first so we can discuss other
options, such as vegan leather cord, or purchasing a pendant without the chain.

What If My Jewelry Breaks?

If your item breaks, such as a chain breaking or missing charms, please contact me so I can fix
it for you. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and I will ship the item back for free.
If your item is destroyed, please contact me to discuss replacement options. No replacement
item will be sent without the original product being returned or the new item paid for first.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, returns and refunds are not allowed. I will not accept returns due to ordering an incorrect
size or buyer’s remorse. Please review the product descriptions and pictures for measurements of all
items. If you need additional information or have further questions, don’t hesitate to
message me.

If you are truly unhappy with your jewelry, or I made a mistake, please contact me to
discuss the best resolution. I’m committed to providing jewelry that will not only last, but that will also
be something you love.

Jewelry Care

As with all jewelry, avoid spraying with perfumes, or coming into direct contact with lotions
or make-ups. Remove jewelry before bathing or swimming. If the necklace needs to be
cleaned, gently wipe it off with a baby wipe and use a Q-tip for the small crevices. Allow to dry
completely before wearing. If your jewelry tarnishes, clean it with some lemon juice and a
toothbrush and dry with a paper towel. If the chain needs cleaning, use vinegar and baking soda!

Copper jewelry WILL change colors over time, also known as oxidation. I do not seal my
copper jewelry, as some people feel that there are medicinal benefits to having copper touch
their skin. I leave it up to the consumer to choose what’s best for them and their
bodies. Occasionally, copper jewelry will turn your skin green. It is not harmful to you, and
washes off easily. If you would like your copper jewelry sealed, please contact me.
